Role Description Managing a diverse and rapidly expanding portfolio that spans in-house manufacturing, strategic co-manufacturing partners, and imported finished goods, Miss Jones Baking Co. is looking for a Supply Chain Planner who thrives on turning high-growth complexity into a streamlined, high-performing operation. Your ultimate goal is to ensure the business always has supply to meet the demand. With a supply chain spanning multiple production channels, we need a Supply Chain Planner who can own the SKU-level supply plan across all channels, run MRP for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging, and translate the demand signal into a clear, executable plan every week. Heading into a 2027 ERP implementation, you will be a key voice in shaping how the planning module gets built. Responsibilities: - Architect and maintain the end-to-end supply plan across all production channels, ensuring seamless integration between in-house production, co-manufacturers, and international imports. - Mastermind MRP execution for a vast array of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging to support an extensive and ever-evolving product catalog. - Inventory optimization: balancing service levels, lead times, minimum order quantities, and working capital targets. - OTIF reporting and the key supply chain performance dashboards the business relies on weekly. - Master Production Schedule (MPS) maintenance and refresh cycle, aligned to the demand forecast. - Days on Hand (DOH) tracking across the network and early identification of risk positions before they become outages. - Lead the planning workstream of the 2027 ERP implementation and help define how planning and MRP work inside the new system. - S&OP process ownership: build and facilitate the monthly supply review cadence that connects the demand forecast, supply plan, and financial targets into one aligned plan. - New item supply readiness: ensure that every new SKU launching out of development has a fully confirmed supply plan, confirmed component lead times, and initial inventory coverage before it hits the forecast. Qualifications - 3–5 years of supply chain planning experience, MPS, MRP, inventory management, or demand planning. - Advanced Excel skills; ex: SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays. - A solid understanding of MRP mechanics, including a solid understanding how net requirements, planned orders, and lead times work together. - Comfort managing a large, multi-channel SKU portfolio with varying lead time profiles. - Clear communicator who flags supply risk early and proactively, without being asked. - Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus. - ERP implementation experience, specifically in a planning module, is a strong plus. - Comfort with AI tools is a plus. Benefits - Health, Dental, and Vision - 401(k) - Unlimited PTO
Role Description Miss Jones Baking Co. is growing fast and looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to evolve structure, accountability, and cost discipline to their supplier base. You will own the cost and supply continuity side of Miss Jones' active portfolio, running RFPs and RFQs, building the savings pipeline, and holding suppliers to a real standard across ingredients, packaging, and co-manufacturing. This is not a transactional buying role. You will be doing meaningful strategic work from day one, with full accountability for identifying cost-down opportunities, reducing single-source risk, and improving service levels across a fast-growing, innovation-heavy portfolio. Responsibilities: - Full cost and supply optimization of the active product portfolio including ingredients, packaging, and co-manufacturing. - End-to-end RFP and RFQ processes: cost-downs, dual-sourcing, and supplier consolidation. - Identification of alternative suppliers and co-manufacturers to reduce landed cost and lead time. - Building and maintaining the cost-down savings pipeline with clear tracking against targets. - Supplier scorecards and annual business reviews for all active suppliers. - Clean handoff coordination with the Sourcing Manager as new items graduate from development into the active portfolio. - Support the 2027 ERP implementation from a supplier master and procurement data perspective. - Total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling: going beyond unit price to quantify the full landed cost of each supplier relationship, including freight, minimum order quantities, lead time risk, and quality exposure. - Category strategy development: building a documented sourcing strategy for each major spend category that outlines supply risk, market dynamics, and the multi-year plan for managing cost and continuity. Qualifications - 3–6 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in CPG, food manufacturing, or a similarly fast-moving environment. - Hands-on experience running RFPs and RFQs, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships, not just coordinating them. - Strong analytical instincts and the ability to look at cost data and quickly find where the opportunity is. - Comfort using Excel for planning and Asana for project management. - Experience managing co-manufacturing supplier relationships is a strong plus. - Exposure to major retail customers such as Walmart is a plus but not required. - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to supplier sites and production facilities. Benefits - Health, Dental, and Vision - 401(k) - Unlimited PTO
