What you’ll be doing (and why it’s not your average sales role) This role is built for someone who enjoys uncovering new opportunities and engaging senior leaders in thoughtful conversations about their business challenges- a real hunter. You combine curiosity with commercial insight, asking questions that help clients see problems in new ways. You’ll focus on developing new accounts across the East and Southeast region - connecting with senior HR and L&D leaders to understand what’s really happening inside their organizations. With support from our behavioral science and content teams, you’ll craft thoughtful, insight-led proposals that drive real performance change.
