Role Description This is a remote position. Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE) requires a Senior Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialist (ATIP) to support the processing of a large and complex Access to Information request — approximately 40,222 pages. This work is tied to a complaint/order from the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada, and the request must be fully processed, reviewed, consulted on, and released — including interim releases — by the fixed deadline of August 1, 2028. WAGE advances equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression through the inclusion of women and 2SLGBTQI+ people in every aspect of Canada's social, economic, and political life. Due to limited in-house capacity, WAGE needs an experienced ATIP specialist to manage this voluminous file from start to finish. Key Responsibilities - Develop and document a project plan with appropriate milestones and work objectives to meet the fixed delivery deadline. - Process and complete the Access to Information request in full accordance with the Access to Information Act. - Conduct and document consultations with third parties as required under the Act (via OneNote, email to the ATIP Coordinator, and the processing system). - Engage directly with the requestor for clarifications as needed. - Engage with the Office of the Information Commissioner as appropriate. - Plan and execute periodic interim releases, with appropriate consultations and justifications documented for the ATIP Coordinator. - Apply severance decisions in alignment with the Act and relevant jurisprudence, with documentation provided to the ATIP Coordinator. - Produce lessons-learned documentation on processing voluminous ATI requests within small institutions, for the Project Authority and ATIP Coordinator. Deliverables - Project Plan — accepted upon written review and approval by the Project Authority. - Processed ATIP Request — accepted when the final release is issued in compliance with the Access to Information Act and within the mandated deadline. - Lessons Learned Documentation — accepted upon written submission and approval by the ATIP Coordinator. Qualifications - Demonstrated knowledge of the Access to Information Act, related Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) policies and directives, and current ATIP practice. - Experience processing large-volume, complex Access to Information requests, including managing internal and external consultations (some sequential) and interim releases. - Experience applying severance decisions in accordance with the Act and applicable jurisprudence. - Eligible to obtain or currently hold a Level II (Secret) security clearance. - English or French language proficiency (Essential).

We are seeking an experienced Website Expert/Architect to support a Department of National Defence (DND) Intranet modernization project for a Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) Fleet Maintenance Facility (FMF). The facility is migrating its dated Common Look and Feel (CLF) 2.0 website to the current WIM (DND TeamSite-based Content Management System) standard. You will work under the direction of the unit's Information Management Officer (IMO) to: - Conduct exploration and survey of the existing legacy website content and structure - Analyze data transformation needs for migrating content to the new platform - Design and stand up a new WIM-compliant website environment - Plan and execute destination mapping and content migration - Perform cleanup and validation of the new website environment - Participate in quality validation of the completed solution - Support discovery and training sessions with content owners - Help define the long-term operating model, governance, and permissions structure - Contribute to support and governance plans for internal staff to maintain the site going forward - Coordinate as needed with a parallel SharePoint Online migration stream Requirements - Training qualification in the Government of Canada Web Experience Toolkit (WET) - Minimum 24 months of experience planning or participating in the implementation of WCAG 2.0-compliant websites using a content management application (e.g., TeamSite) - At least one demonstrable project (minimum 6 months duration), completed within the last three years, for a large organization (1,000+ personnel) involving WCAG 2.0 implementation - Ability to obtain or hold a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance - Strong communication skills to coordinate with an internal IMO and a parallel SharePoint implementation team

The facility is migrating away from legacy SharePoint on Premises (SPoP) pages and unregulated network drives toward an integrated, cloud-based SharePoint Online (SPO) environment aligned with the Microsoft 365-based Defence365 suite. You will work under the direction of the unit's Information Management Officer (IMO) to design and build the new SPO environment, migrate legacy content, and help the organization establish sustainable governance for the long term. - Assess the current SharePoint/Intranet landscape and document findings - Analyze business data and functionality needs across the organization - Design and stand up a new, integrated SharePoint Online environment - Plan and execute content mapping and migration from legacy systems - Perform cleanup and validation of the new SPO destination environment - Participate in quality validation of the completed solution - Support discovery and training sessions with content owners - Help define the long-term operating model, governance, and permissions structure - Contribute to support and governance plans for internal staff to maintain the environment going forward - Coordinate as needed with a parallel Website/WIM migration stream Requirements - Current certification in the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem - Current certification in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - Minimum 24 months of experience planning or participating in the implementation of Microsoft 365-based solutions for a large organization (1,000+ personnel) - At least one demonstrable project (minimum 6 months duration), completed within the last three years, for a large organization (1,000+ personnel) involving Microsoft 365 implementation - Ability to obtain or hold a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance - Strong communication skills to coordinate with an internal IMO and a parallel website implementation team
