Broker Relationship Manager – BRM

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of broker partners • Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and trust • Act as a strategic partner to brokers by understanding their business models and helping them grow • Support brokers through the full deal lifecycle, from submission to funding • Review incoming deals for completeness, accuracy, and quality • Coordinate with underwriting and operations to ensure efficient deal progression • Identify trends in deal performance and recommend improvements to increase approval and funding rates • Onboard new brokers and ensure they are trained on Merchant Growth’s products, processes, and expectations • Educate partners on best practices, product positioning, and deal structuring • Collaborate closely with underwriting, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities • Manage broker performance against agreed KPIs (volume, quality, conversion, responsiveness) • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting • Identify and address performance gaps early with clear action plans
