Role Description As a Game Producer, you will: - Lead the full production lifecycle of slot games, from concept to release. - Work closely with mathematicians, game designers, artists, developers, animators, and QA to deliver engaging, high-quality games. - Drive game development by defining priorities, coordinating teams, and ensuring production milestones are achieved. - Analyze game concepts, mechanics, features, and post-launch performance to continuously improve game quality and player engagement. - Review game documentation, mechanics, and balancing together with the mathematics and game design teams. - Monitor production progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers. - Ensure every game meets quality standards, business goals, and release timelines. - Research market trends, competitors, and player preferences to help shape future game concepts. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Game Product Manager, or Product Owner within the iGaming industry. - Hands-on experience working on the provider side, developing slot games from concept to release. - Strong understanding of slot game production pipelines, mechanics, game flow, bonus features, and player experience. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate game performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. - Experience managing multiple game productions simultaneously and delivering projects on time. - Ability to write clear game documentation, specifications, and production requirements. - Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive projects from idea to launch. - Understanding of game certification and release processes is a plus. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. - English level B2+.
