Position: Medical Coder Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience Job Responsibilities: - Assign ICD-10-CM and PCS codes accurately to patient records - Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and regulations - Review documentation for completeness and accuracy - Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures - Engage in continuous education and training to stay current on coding practices Qualifications - Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) - 1-2 years of coding experience preferred - Proficient in ICD-10 CM, CPT, PCS, HCPCTs - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and collaboratively How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to apply online.
