Role Description As a Professional Services Solutions Manager in Medallia’s Professional Services organization, you play an integral role in supporting the sale of Medallia XP products and services. You leverage your deep experience leading software implementations, as well as expert knowledge of Medallia to inspire customer confidence. You help prospects architect best practice solutions that deliver specific customer outcomes while being practical to implement and easy to service. You are the critical link between the sales process and implementation. You are the confident communicator, analyst, and designer delivering solution designs and services to ensure success for new and existing Medallia customers operationalizing experience management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in technology services and consulting to take a leading role in transforming the way our clients engage their customers and in driving Medallia’s growth. Responsibilities - Partner with the Medallia Sales team on new business opportunities by responding to RFPs and supporting sales meetings - Run discovery sessions with prospects to identify key customer outcomes and requirements - Highlight the features and benefits of Medallia, respond to questions and make recommendations during the sales cycle - Support development of a Solution Design and associated PS roadmap to deliver - Scope and estimate cost of Medallia Professional Services using sales tools and estimators - Support creation of the Statement of Work accurately capturing scope, assumptions and responsibilities - Collaborate with the Professional Services leads on estimates and proposals to ensure alignment across all teams - Support the Sales to Services handover process to ensure a smooth transition from the sales cycle to the implementation phase - Partner with the Sales and Professional Services teams on existing account analysis and strategy to identify expansion opportunities and support sales across the existing account base - Embrace a culture of ‘One-Team’ across our Sales and Professional Services Team - Build positive relationships with regional sales and services teams - Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing accounts - Identify new services offerings and improvement opportunities for services offerings and solutions - Stay up to date with latest Medallia products, product features and services, and XP Best practices - Deliver team PS sales goals and targets Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of experience, with demonstrated experience in technology services and consulting - Demonstrated experience with the sales cycle in one or more of the following areas: net new sales, account management, change order management, system demonstrations or solution best practices Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated experience managing a changing portfolio of implementations - Track record of consistently meeting objectives and targets - Experience Management (CX / EX) and Experience Management software packages - Demonstrated interest in technology, including comfort with technical concepts and ability to learn new technology applications - Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both technical and business team members - Confident communicator and presenter - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Some travel required, minimum of 20% Benefits - Competitive health and wellness benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision - 401(k), short term and long term disability - Life and AD&D insurance - Statutory leaves, paid parental leave, and paid holidays

Role Description The Site Reliability Engineering organization at Medallia brings together the infrastructure and applications that power a highly reliable global SaaS platform. As an SRE I, you will work alongside experienced engineers to help maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient production systems. This role is designed for engineers early in their careers who are passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, Kubernetes, and modern operational practices. - Gain hands-on experience supporting cloud-native applications. - Troubleshoot production environments. - Build automation to improve operational efficiency. - Participate in a rotating on-call schedule after onboarding and training. Responsibilities - Support production applications and infrastructure running in cloud and Kubernetes environments. - Monitor systems, troubleshoot alerts, and assist with operational incidents. - Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and operational processes. - Write scripts and automation to reduce repetitive operational tasks. - Leverage modern automation and AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive work. - Demonstrate an engineering leverage mindset by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve team productivity. - Assist with CI/CD and deployment workflows. - Help maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems. - Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts. - Learn and apply SRE principles and operational best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 1 year of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, cloud operations, DevOps, or related technical roles. - Demonstrated experience configuring, navigating, or managing Linux systems and managing basic networking protocols (such as TCP/IP, DNS, or HTTP). - Ability to write, debug or modify scripts using Python or Bash. - Experience using Git and basic software development workflows. - Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical errors or system failures in a development or production environment. - Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized environments. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, OCI, or GCP. - Exposure to CI/CD concepts and automation tooling. - Familiarity with monitoring and observability concepts. - Internship or academic project experience related to cloud infrastructure or automation. - Understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts such as Terraform or Ansible. - Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools, automation platforms, or modern developer productivity solutions. - Strong willingness to learn modern cloud and infrastructure technologies. - Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for automation, modern engineering practices, and emerging technologies. - Troubleshooting and analytical thinking mindset. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications - 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role or sales organization. - Previous experience in software/technology environment. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Pre-Sales or Post-Sales support experience in a software/IT environment (preferred). - Excellent business and technical presentation skills (remote and in-person), communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management (preferred). - Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute (preferred). - Proficient technical aptitude including comfort with technical concepts and ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology applications (preferred). - Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments (preferred).
