Role Description The Director of Orthodontic Operations' primary responsibility is to provide strategic oversight and mentorship of Operations, while also being directly responsible for the operational and financial success of multiple dental practices across the United States. The Director serves operating Dentist owners by holding direct reports accountable to day-to-day practices that meet immediate needs while positioning the practice for growth. The Director is skilled and experienced at: - Creating annual budgets - Strategic planning - Project management - Talent calibration - Growth and development plans - Financial statement analysis - Verbal and written communication - Modeling professional, ethical, and highest standards of behavior This is a remote position with required travel approximately 50% of the time. This role supports our affiliated Orthodontic practices across the Northeast region. The Regional Manager serves as an operational leader within the territory and acts as the primary liaison between the orthodontic brands and MB2.
