• User research support: Recruit interviewees, run conversations alongside the PM, and translate observations across users into patterns the team can act on. • Market analysis: Track the broader space we operate in and surface what matters back to the team. • Product analytics: Pull and read usage data, dashboards, and session replays to surface patterns about what's working and what isn't. • Translating ideas to specs: Turn ideas, observations, and customer signal into clear specs that engineers can build from. • Launch coordination: Help ship product launches by coordinating across engineering, design, science, and marketing. • Content and marketing: Support blog posts, one-pagers, conference materials, and social content tied to product launches. • Operational backbone: Maintain roadmap, milestone trackers, and product documentation in Notion so the team can move fast.
• Shape how scientists interact with Pyxis, our application layer for foundation models of biochemical data. • Produce dozens of design explorations through sketching, Figma, and coded prototypes in tools like Claude and v0. • Bring final work to a high bar of polish in typography, hierarchy, and interaction. • Turn recurring patterns into components that compose across the web app, MCP, and agentic surfaces. • Stay close to scientists through user interviews, customer calls, and session replay reviews. • Work with PM, engineers, and scientists to align on user needs and tradeoffs.
• Design, adapt, and optimize deep learning architectures for scientific domains and data modalities. • Own and deliver on complex ML projects, including experiment design, implementation, evaluation, and iteration based on results. • Write clean, well-tested code in PyTorch and NumPy enabling a high experimentation rate. • Stay current with deep learning research and its applications in chemistry and biology. • Propose and prototype new ideas to enhance our modeling capabilities. • Work closely with scientists and engineers across the team to integrate models into our product and infrastructure.
