• Work with the CEO to develop launch calendar • Oversee funnel mapping and launch activities • Manage day-to-day marketing efforts • Coordinate with stakeholders • Oversee content strategy including email marketing, podcasts, and social media • Track KPIs across marketing channels • Ensure team training and collaboration from leadership • Proactively identify productivity issues • Monitor and support onboarding and training of new team members • Manage reviews and performance planning for team members
