Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Clerk located in Romania. Maple Data is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our Financial Services team. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the daily processing of purchase invoices for our clients using an AI assisted computer system, ensuring efficient and effective purchase invoice matching. You will be a vital contributor to maintaining accurate processing within our financial services. - Matching purchase invoices and payments with existing purchase orders/accruals - Using an AI purchase invoice processing tool, checking for exceptions and discrepancies - Providing timely reports on essential productivity metrics Qualifications - Professional level written and spoken English (B2 or above) - 5+ years of relevant experience in purchase invoice processing, financial data entry, or PO (Purchase Order) and payment matching, including checking exceptions and discrepancies and matching invoices to POs - Experience in a remote role preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for day-to-day use - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work remotely with access to a reliable computer, stable and secure internet connection, and a suitable workspace for focused, uninterrupted work Benefits - Work from home full-time and collaborate with an international team based across different time zones - Promote a healthy work environment with no overtime expectations, allowing you to maintain balance - Be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values clear communication, reliability, and helping each other succeed - Receive a consistent gross monthly salary of 5,000 - 7,000 RON, along with paid annual leave and public holidays in accordance with local regulations
