• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen sowie Erstellung von Konzepten zur automatisierten Umsetzung. • Entwicklung, Test und Implementierung von RPA-Bots (z. B. mit UiPath oder vergleichbaren Tools). • Konzeption und Realisierung KI-gestützter Agenten/Workflows (Tool-Calling, Prompting, Guardrails, Evaluierung). • Wartung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Bots und Workflows. • Identifikation von Potenzialen und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Automatisierungsprozessen – mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Qualität und Nutzen. • Schnittstellen & Integrationen: Erstellung und Erweiterung von Schnittstellen für Agenten (z. B. Agent - SAP (MCP))

• Analyze business processes together with stakeholders and develop concepts for automated implementation. • Develop, test and implement RPA bots (e.g., with UiPath or comparable tools). • Design and implement AI-powered agents/workflows (tool-calling, prompting, guardrails, evaluation). • Maintain, support and further develop existing bots and workflows. • Identify opportunities and continuously optimize automation processes — with a focus on stability, quality and value. • Interfaces & integrations: create and extend interfaces for agents (e.g., Agent - SAP (MCP)).
