Role Description We’re looking to bring on a Software Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in software support and GIS-related work, while also being a strong fit for someone with more experience who enjoys working across a variety of technical functions. In this role, you’ll perform a range of Support and Services activities within the Software department, working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be involved in day-to-day software support, configuration, testing, and data-related tasks while contributing to projects that support both internal teams and client needs. Qualifications - General knowledge of how software applications and computer systems work. - General understanding of Geographic Information Systems. - Excellent oral and written communication skills that allow for information to be disseminated to all levels of employees. - Ability to excel in a detail-oriented environment with a high level of accuracy. - Ability to work in a team environment and establish/maintain effective work relationships. - Ability to frequently communicate with co-workers and clients; must be able to exchange accurate information. - Ability to be productive from either an office or remote working location. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Computer Science, or other closely related degrees plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience showing demonstrated proficiency with software applications and Esri ArcGIS suite of products OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience in compiling formal written reports for external clients. - Professional GIS experience in the utility sector is a plus. - Experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, SQL Server is a plus. - Professional experience with client interaction. - Ability to get training and obtain a level of Esri certification, as directed by supervisor. - Must possess a valid driver license. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist with various Software related activities including, but not limited to support, testing, configuration, quality control, deployment, and data editing. - Perform Geodatabase editing, querying and analysis tasks using Esri or GeoCurrent software tools. - Assist with the installation and configuration of Esri, GeoCurrent, and third-party software applications. - Provide client technical support for GeoCurrent and Esri software products. - Track daily activity and provide updates to supervisor. - Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. - Perform other approved duties as assigned by supervisor and department management.

Role Description Magnolia River is currently seeking a Project Manager (PM) with previous pipeline or natural gas experience that will be responsible for all non-technical aspects of natural gas projects, including cost, schedule, communication, billing, and closeout. The PM is expected to have a solid understanding of the natural gas industry and works closely with the Technical Lead (TL) and/or Program Manager to ensure projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and on budget. Compensation - $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 depending on your skills and years of experience - Previous natural gas or pipeline experience is required for this role. - This position may be open to remote work depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Primary Tasks - Manage project scope, including the preparation and administration of change orders. - Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, meetings, and work assignments. - Communicate effectively with client project managers, subcontractors, and business development teams. - Lead project calls and meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. - Provide management reporting and maintain accurate project updates within project management software. - Support cross-divisional coordination and the transition of projects to other operating divisions. - Review timecards and oversee invoicing activities. - Monitor project financial performance, including gross margin analysis and financial status reporting. - Manage project closeout activities, including invoicing completion and financial reconciliation. - Document lessons learned to support continuous improvement. Additional Responsibilities - Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, project team members, and internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrate leadership through example and the sharing of knowledge and skills. - Assist with training, development, annual performance appraisals, and supervision of divisional employees as applicable. - Maintain target billable utilization goals and participate in process improvement initiatives that support divisional and company objectives. - Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Full understanding of project requirements, including client, industry, and regulatory considerations. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Insight). - Ability to prepare project plans, reports, documentation, and procedures to meet project or divisional needs. - Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports related to project profitability and spending. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and efficiently direct the work of others. - Ability to respond professionally to inquiries or concerns from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
