Role Description We’re looking to bring on a Software Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in software support and GIS-related work, while also being a strong fit for someone with more experience who enjoys working across a variety of technical functions. In this role, you’ll perform a range of Support and Services activities within the Software department, working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be involved in day-to-day software support, configuration, testing, and data-related tasks while contributing to projects that support both internal teams and client needs. Qualifications - General knowledge of how software applications and computer systems work. - General understanding of Geographic Information Systems. - Excellent oral and written communication skills that allow for information to be disseminated to all levels of employees. - Ability to excel in a detail-oriented environment with a high level of accuracy. - Ability to work in a team environment and establish/maintain effective work relationships. - Ability to frequently communicate with co-workers and clients; must be able to exchange accurate information. - Ability to be productive from either an office or remote working location. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Computer Science, or other closely related degrees plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience showing demonstrated proficiency with software applications and Esri ArcGIS suite of products OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience in compiling formal written reports for external clients. - Professional GIS experience in the utility sector is a plus. - Experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, SQL Server is a plus. - Professional experience with client interaction. - Ability to get training and obtain a level of Esri certification, as directed by supervisor. - Must possess a valid driver license. Role Description Magnolia River is currently seeking a Project Manager (PM) with previous pipeline or natural gas experience that will be responsible for all non-technical aspects of natural gas projects, including cost, schedule, communication, billing, and closeout. The PM is expected to have a solid understanding of the natural gas industry and works closely with the Technical Lead (TL) and/or Program Manager to ensure projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and on budget. Compensation - $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 depending on your skills and years of experience - Previous natural gas or pipeline experience is required for this role. - This position may be open to remote work depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
