Work with residents, families, and the community. Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years of management/supervisory experience required. Or an associate's degree with one (1) to two (2) years of management/supervisory experience required. Background check clearance required. Leasing License or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire required. Certified Occupancy Specialist Designation (COS) or willingness to obtain within two (2) years of hire required. Minimum number of years management/supervisory experience is dependent on education level. Demonstrated ability to comprehend and follow instructions, perform assigned tasks while maintaining appropriate work pace. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing. Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software. LSSI is hiring a part-time Nurse RN that will service both 28-day residential programs: Kenmore and Elgin Next Steps. This position is fully remote. A minimum of 10 hours/week and maximum of 25 hours/week. The Nurse RN will be responsible for conducting an initial medical screening with clients as well as conducting screenings with outpatient clients at identified facilities. Position Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - RN required. - One (1) to three (3) years of experience in mental health and/or substance used field preferred. - Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards required. - Trained and proficient in utilizing an Electronic Health Record required. - Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written. - Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software. - Annual TB test required. - Background check clearance required. - Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred. - Access to reliable transportation preferred. - Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage preferred.
