Woww is looking for a performance-driven Paid Media professional to take ownership of a portfolio of established client accounts and drive measurable results. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will take ownership of a portfolio of established client accounts and drive measurable results through thoughtful strategy, strong optimisation, and clear communication. You will be trusted to manage campaigns end-to-end, build strong client relationships, and make performance decisions that directly influence client success and account growth. MAIN OUTCOMES - Strong and consistent performance across paid media campaigns. - Clear alignment between campaign strategy and client business goals. - Positive client relationships built on trust, transparency, and results. - Effective management of campaign budgets and performance pacing. - Clear reporting and insights that support informed client decisions. - Early identification of risks and proactive optimisation of campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Account Ownership - Own and manage 5–10 client accounts (fewer if accounts are larger in scale). - Maintain and improve performance on existing accounts with meaningful spend and defined KPIs. - Take on new clients and establish effective campaign structures and strategies. - Campaign Strategy & Execution - Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid media channels. - Translate client goals into practical, results-driven campaign strategies. - Manage monthly ad spend of approximately R500k across your portfolio. - Performance Monitoring & Optimisation - Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and profitability. - Identify risks early and proactively solve problems before escalation is required. - Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI. - Client Communication - Communicate directly with clients and build trust through clarity and results. - Deliver clear reporting and insights that guide business decisions. - Maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders. - Cross-Team Collaboration - Collaborate with SEO, design, web, and analytics teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
