Role Description We are looking for a Personal Shopper Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis (Maternity Leave Cover) . In this hands-on role, you will coordinate and support a remote network of freelance Personal Shoppers, ensuring they deliver high-quality styling services aligned with our company standards and deadlines. You will monitor service quality and operational metrics, act as the main point of contact for our freelancers, and actively perform Personal Shopper duties yourself to remain the benchmark for operational excellence within the team. Key Responsibilities - Freelance Network Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for freelance Personal Shoppers. You will onboard them to brand guidelines, resolve daily operational doubts, and ensure smooth, collaborative workflows. - Quality & Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics (such as Average Order Value, Keep Rate, Success Rate, and delivery deadlines). Identify gaps in service quality and share data-driven insights or best practices to help the network optimize results. - Daily Operations: Oversee the workflow and availability of the freelance network, ensuring capacity meets customer demand and styling boxes are delivered on time. - Clear Communication: Maintain fluid and transparent communication with freelancers, sharing brand updates, guideline changes, and constructive, actionable feedback regarding service standards. - Lead by Example: Directly execute Personal Shopper duties. You will build high-quality boxes, meet individual operational targets, and test new guidelines to serve as an expert resource for the network. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent. - Ability to interpret basic data and operational metrics to track network efficiency and styling quality. - Comfortable working with cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace or similar). - Native or professional fluency in French and an intermediate level of English (capable of understanding global guidelines and reporting data). - Strong ability to deliver constructive feedback and explain complex guidelines remotely and assertively. - Resourcefulness in handling daily operational bottlenecks or sudden changes in network capacity. - Flexibility to manage fluid workflows and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Fashion, Communication, or a related field. - Prior training or certifications in vendor coordination, customer success, or data analysis. - Previous experience in retail, styling, customer service, or managing remote freelancers/teams. Role Description As a Customer Payments Service Analyst at Lookiero, you will: - Follow the customer experience in all aspects of payments to enable the correct operation of the service. - Communicate with customers on all aspects of our payment methods: sending emails, messages, etc., in a friendly, dedicated, and timely manner. - Help set up and track payment processes. - Participate in fraud detection and prevention initiatives. - Follow up with customers regarding their unpaid accounts. - Analyse customer accounts in detail. - Use and manage payment platforms. Qualifications - Good level of Spanish and English. - A good level of French would be a huge plus! - Good writing skills. - A second European language will also be a HUGE plus. - Comfortable with new technologies and quick to learn how to use new IT tools. - Previous experience in a customer service department, preferably with an e-commerce player, is a plus. - Experience working with Zendesk. Requirements - Proactive and problem-solving-oriented. - Positive and looking for solutions before reporting a problem. - Ability to easily adapt to change. - Rigorous and organised; key for this position.
