Role Description Long - Term teachers are seeking to appoint experienced, caring teaching assistants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, especially those with special needs, and will assist in providing educational support and care. Role Description Long-Term teachers are working with a fantastic SEMH school based in Wiltshire, that supports children aged 8 - 19. The school is seeking an experienced subject specialist who can teach from KS2 - KS4. - You will be an engaging practitioner and passionate about developing language and reading skills for all of their students. - Maintain high aspirations for children regardless of their learning journey. - Deliver maths and contribute to the wider curriculum. - Use an incredible therapeutic approach to learning, following the UK curriculum through creative, outdoor learning. Prior to your application, it is paramount that you have at least 3 years experience teaching within either a primary or secondary school in the UK, furthermore teaching students with SEN. At times, students will display challenging behaviour, so it is essential you are confident to de-escalate with a calm, controlled manner. Role Description Long - Term teachers are working with a fantastic specialist school based in Taunton who support students from 8 to 18 who have specific learning needs. You will be working full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only.
