• You are the first point of contact for our prospective customers. • You know how to persuade decision-makers and build sustainable relationships with them. • You handle our incoming calls and identify the current obstacles of our (future) customers. • You advise them on the appropriate use of our products and collect feedback. • You contribute your experience in sales development management and help us improve our sales process. • You research potential new customers and develop suitable outreach strategies that you confidently implement. • You are familiar with various approaches, e.g., cold calling or outreach via LinkedIn. • You maintain contacts not only online but also in person at industry-relevant trade shows and events. There you also acquire new potential customers and partners and engage in dialogue.
• You will work for an emerging cybersecurity startup. • As a point of contact, you will advise potential clients and build trust-based relationships. • You have an affinity for new technologies and are enthusiastic about our solution and our mission to advance cybersecurity in Germany. • You monitor our competitors and keep an eye on cybersecurity-related developments to incorporate them into your consultations. • You communicate with companies by phone, email, and video conference — as required, in German and English.
