• Lead underwriting and credit analysis for assigned funds, including the National Strategic Investments Impact Fund (NSIIF), Cleveland Housing Investment Fund (CHIF), and Dallas Housing Opportunity Fund (DHOF), with a primary focus on affordable housing and naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH) transactions. • Underwriting experience with commercial real estate (retail, office, health care) and other CDFI lending desired. • Screen, structure, and underwrite bespoke real estate financing transactions, evaluating borrower capacity, layered subsidy structures, and fund-specific investment parameters. • Analyze project and borrower operating performance, including historical and projected financial statements, sources and uses, and sensitivity analysis. • Develop and interpret detailed financial models and projections, including review of tax credit structures and complex capital stacks. • Assess emerging borrower risk profiles while maintaining disciplined credit standards and identifying appropriate mitigants. • Identify and articulate credit risks, proposing appropriate structural enhancements such as reserves, guarantees, covenants, or other risk controls. • Maintain familiarity with federal and state housing finance programs and evolving market conditions across multiple geographies. • Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda for Intake Committee and Credit Committee consideration. • Present financial analysis and underwriting recommendations at Intake Committee and Credit Committee. • Coordinate due diligence review, including loan documents, partnership agreements, and other transaction materials. • Support closing process and transition of transactions to Asset Management. • Collaborate with Fund Investments, Asset Management, Fund Management, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment across the transaction lifecycle. • Participate in structuring discussions for complex or layered affordable housing financings. • Engage directly with borrowers to request additional information, clarify underwriting assumptions, and communicate credit standards. • Contribute to pipeline discussions and strategic conversations related to fund deployment and portfolio performance.
• Review audited financial statements for all LFM-managed funds to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with fund financial models • Review periodic financial statements prepared by Broadstreet Impact Services (BIS) for LFM-managed funds • Analyze fund-level financial performance and identify material variances or issues requiring escalation • Coordinate with Fund Managers to ensure fund financial statements are accurately incorporated into fund-level models and performance reporting • Elevate significant financial developments, risks, or changes to senior leadership for review and decision-making • Coordinate reporting on management fees across all LFM-managed funds • Reconcile “due to/from” balances between funds, the LFM management company, and the parent organization • Ensure accurate tracking of fund-level financial obligations and management company revenue streams • Support preparation of internal financial reports for the Finance and Operations leadership team • Serve as the primary coordination point between LFM, Broadstreet Impact Services, and internal finance teams regarding fund financial reporting and operational finance matters • Manage ongoing working relationships with fund managers, accounting partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Support investor relations activities by assisting with financial data, analysis, and reporting requests • Coordinate financial information and reporting needs across LFM leadership, the parent organization, and shared services teams • Support forecasting and budgeting processes across LFM-managed funds • Provide historical financial analysis and actuals-based insights to inform forecasting and budgeting activities led by Fund Management • Ensure consistency between reported financial results and inputs used in internal planning and reporting processes • Provide financial insights to support fund performance monitoring and planning decisions
Assistant Program Officer, Strategy & Operations

• Support strategy team initiatives, particularly those focused on impact metrics, including working across teams on streamlined impact reporting and supporting Impact Matrix realignment. • Coordinate with local offices and national programs to ensure strategic plan alignment and increased collaboration. • Administer Impact Matrix, including rating loans that come for approval and preparing Impact Matrix materials for presentation at Credit Committee. • Help draft internal and external presentations on impact metrics at LISC, including analyzing data and preparing meeting materials. • Liaise across LISC departments (Lending, Finance, Communications, Local Offices, affiliates, etc.) to promote engagement on impact metrics and to enhance coordination in LISC’s ESG and impact reporting. • Provide project management and administrative support including meeting scheduling, note taking, and follow up task management for key Strategy & Operations team priorities, including cross-departmental process improvement efforts, NISOP (LISC's new initiative intake process), Strategic and Annual Plan projects, and additional projects as assigned. • Support Chief of Staff on special projects and administrative duties as assigned. • Work on special projects and perform all other duties as assigned.
Senior Relationship Manager

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective investors across banks, philanthropic organizations, foundations, healthcare systems, higher education institutions, and other mission-aligned entities • Conduct proactive outreach, including meetings, calls, conference participation, and follow-up engagement to expand LFM’s investor base • Lead investor conversations and presentations, tailoring messaging to different audiences (e.g., CRA-motivated banks, foundations, corporate partners) • Advance prospective investors through the relationship lifecycle, from initial introduction through commitment • Contribute directly to annual fundraising goals and capital formation targets, in coordination with the VP, Fund Development • Support preparation and delivery of investor presentations, fund materials, and due diligence responses in coordination with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Fund Design teams • Manage the investor closing process, coordinating documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders • Maintain ongoing communication with investors during fundraising cycles, ensuring timely responses and follow-up • Partner with Investor Relations to support pipeline updates, investor reporting touchpoints, and relationship continuity • Work closely with Fund Investments, Fund Management, and Investor Relations to ensure alignment between fundraising efforts and fund capacity, pricing, and deployment timelines • Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and consistent messaging regarding fund performance, impact metrics, and product positioning • Represent LFM in cross-platform discussions and contribute to broader “One LISC” engagement opportunities when appropriate • Exercise professional judgment in investor-facing communications without requiring routine oversight or message revision • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records, call logs, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and other internal systems • Monitor progress against outreach and capital raising goals and provide regular updates to the VP, Fund Development • Support reporting and analytics related to investor engagement and fundraising performance.
