Role Overview : This position is responsible for managing and growing a regional portfolio of elementary school partners. This role blends sales, account management, and partnership development. The ideal candidate has experience working with or within elementary schools, understands the needs of diverse student populations, and is comfortable building strong relationships with educators and district leaders, This role includes both virtual and in-person engagement and requires travel to schools, districts, and regional events. Key Responsibilities Sales & New Partnerships -Identify and engage prospective elementary schools and districts. -Present product demonstrations and articulate the value of Lirvana Labs’ solutions. -Manage all stages of the sales process, from lead qualification to closing. Travel Requirements - Travel up to 30% for school visits, district presentations, events, and conferences. -Ability to drive between sites as needed. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, sales, or school partnerships (elementary experience strongly preferred). Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging school and district leaders. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales or partnership pipeline. Experience supporting program implementations in school settings is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritize effectively. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% .
