Role Description This is a remote position reporting to teams in the Pacific time zone. For consideration, you must currently live in the United States. As an Associate Media Strategist, you’ll gain hands-on experience in paid media operations, supporting the execution and analysis of campaigns while developing foundational skills in media strategy. You’ll assist in: - Research - Data analysis - Campaign management Collaborating with teams across the agency, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach will help you thrive in this role as you build the expertise needed for a successful career in media. Qualifications - University degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Basic understanding of paid media principles and operations. - Analytical skills in Excel and quantitative research tools. - Experience with presentation software and office suite applications. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and ideas. Requirements - Base salary: $52,500–$55,000 with total compensation varying based on skills and experience level. - Eligibility for a generous annual bonus plan. - Comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid private health insurance. - Generous paid time off to support work-life balance. - Home office stipends for a fully remote work environment.
