• Provide technical support and solution development for automation customers, including troubleshooting, product selection, and programming. • Deliver product demonstrations, conduct training, and support automation projects both remotely and onsite. • Work closely with sales teams to align technical solutions with business goals and build strong customer relationships. • Parameterize and commission Lenze drives per customer specifications. • Develop and commission customer PLC and HMI programs per customer specifications. • Develop product demonstrations and training sessions for internal and external customers. • Provide sales support to field sales via phone, email, virtual meetings, and sales visits. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer interactions.
