Role Description As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Sr. Director of Environmental Services will lead Leisnoi Government Services’ (LGS) Environmental line of business (LOB). The Sr. Director is responsible for developing and executing long and short-term operational strategies driving growth and profitability, while ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with LGS’s mission and goals. The role requires growth leadership, client relationship acumen, and project execution to support both current objectives and future expansion. - Strategic Leadership - Partner with executive team to define and execute the Environmental LOB’s strategy - Develop and implement robust short and long-term business objectives and growth plans - Guide the LOB towards achieving annual and multi-year profit and growth goals. - Operational Oversight - Direct all operational activities within the Environmental LOB, including oversight of budgets, staff, and resources - Monitor, analyze, and report performance to executive leadership and the BOD - Ensure all project execution aligns with LGS’s strategic plan - Business Development & Client Engagement - Serve as primary interface with clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships across key customer organizations - Support capture strategies and business development efforts for strategic pursuits - Work with Business Development to identify, assess, and drive new revenue and market growth opportunities - Project Delivery & Performance - Oversee delivery of all projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance, along with achievement of all project KPIs - Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal reporting/quality standards - Deliver leadership and effective issue resolution as the primary escalation point - Financial Stewardship - Oversee the LOB’s financial performance, partnering with Finance to ensure successful delivery on key metrics including backlog, expenses, and profitability - Ensure timely project invoicing and adherence to company payment schedules - Talent Development & Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams - Assist in recruitment and team assignments to build a high-performing workforce - Foster a culture of health and safety throughout the entire LOB - Governance & Compliance - Ensure LOB compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations - Attend and report at BOD meetings as required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years’ program/project management experience, or equivalent blend of education and experience - Demonstrated leadership of complex investigation/remediation programs for Federal DoD clients - Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile, multi-faceted projects involving contaminant impacts on military installations - Direct experience developing and managing large-scale project budgets, resource plans, and business performance metrics Requirements - Growth leadership and ability to drive organizational change; innovative and entrepreneurial mindset - Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated expertise in client management and relationship building at decision-maker level - Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to clearly convey strategy and results to executives, board, and external stakeholders - Collaborative approach to team leadership and talent development - Deep understanding of regulatory, environmental, and federal government contracting environments - Commitment to health and safety culture and continuous improvement Benefits - Competitive base salary - Full suite of employer sponsored benefits to include health insurance, dental, vision, life, disability - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid time off - Paid holidays - Professional learning environment and exciting career & growth opportunities Company Description Leisnoi is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Role Description AOR is seeking certified commercial divers to join our growing team. The Commercial Diver will perform a full range of diving services, including inspections, mechanical and structural repairs, remediation, and light maintenance across aquatic environments. Both short- and long-term deployments are available. The ideal candidate will have current commercial diving certifications and proven expertise in underwater inspection and repair, supporting environmental and construction projects. - Perform underwater inspections, photographic/video documentation, and light maintenance. - Execute mechanical and structural repairs below water to client and regulatory standards. - Support environmental cleanup and remediation activities in aquatic environments. - Safely operate and maintain diving support and communication equipment. - Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Accurately document all dive operations, findings, safety checks, and maintenance performed. - Assist with planning, mobilization/demobilization, and execution of dive projects as directed. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. Post-secondary training preferred. - ADCI certification required. - Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification required. - IMCA Certification preferred. - Oxygen Provider Certification preferred. - 2+ years of professional commercial diving experience required. - Mechanical aptitude. - Proficient in underwater welding and cutting. - Experience with inspection documentation and reporting. - Ability to work as part of a team in challenging conditions. - Excellent communication and a strong safety focus.
