• Support Landmark’s portfolio of maintenance programs • Act as interim Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as needed • Conduct annual property assessments and ensure life safety system inspections • Assist site team with performing weekly unit and property inspections • Ensure compliance with Landmark Policies and Procedures and OSHA guidelines • Assist in development of efficient maintenance processes for asset preservation

• The Regional Director of Leasing & Marketing operates as the revenue manager, brand strategist, and support team member over a specified region of properties. • They work parallel with a Regional Director of Operations to support the region’s Community Managers and site teams. • Provide support and oversight for all operational property marketing and leasing efforts to maximize the occupancy of the communities with the Regional Director of Operations. • Evaluate market trends and consult with property to adjust marketing strategies upon review of weekly competitor velocity. • Assist and monitor implementation of renewal and new lease campaigns and launch. • Travel annually to conduct LEASE Sales Training. • Audit and ensure compliance of digital footprint for each community as it relates to website, social media, and any ILS listings. • Review 30 Day marketing plans and ensure execution of plans as needed. • Aid property teams by advising on promotional item orders and needs for marketing event planning. • Oversee the creation of the Annual Rate and Business Plans. • Submit concession proposals and reforecasts. • Track weekly rent growth progression for each site by evaluating YoY floor plan trends and market pre-leasing activity. • Lead all communication with Asset Management on rate projections, adjustments, and market survey related topics. • Develop and monitor the annual Advertising and Promotions budget. • Work with Community Managers to audit lease management systems and reporting. • Ensure team members comply with corporate policies and government laws on Fair Housing. • Ensure confidentiality of client, resident, and company information. • Prepare agendas for weekly 3rd party ownership calls. • Generate leasing analysis reports for Landmark senior and executive leadership team. • Ensure quarterly physical inspections of the communities are completed, including exterior curb appeal, cleanliness and neatness of exterior and interior common area amenity spaces, the leasing tour route and model units, and facilities. • Participate in weekly 4DX WIG sessions. • Assist with bonus submission auditing. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding the needs and expectations of residents, prospective residents, clients, and vendors. • Ensure compliance of community team members on You Speak We Listen Programming. • Assist Regional Director of Operations in developing reputation improvement plans and oversee the execution of plans as outlined. • Assist in customer service calls that arise due to change in rate and specials offerings.

• The Site Safety Manager is responsible for enforcing and recommending safe work practices at the site level. • This position focuses on conducting safety inspections, training site teams on safety protocols, and investigating safety incidents. • Ensure that all personnel on the job site adhere to company safety standards and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with site teams to anticipate, resolve and manage site conditions for accident prevention. • Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe work conditions, or equipment that does not meet safety standards. • Identify areas for improvement in site safety and make recommendations for corrective actions to site supervisors. • Deliver ongoing safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel, focusing on high-risk activities and relevant hazards. • Lead investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and accidents. Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure those actions are implemented. • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and any relevant local or state safety requirements. • Maintain up-to-date records of all safety-related activities, including inspections, incident reports, and safety training logs.

• Execute site initiatives, conduct audits and site inspections • Adhere to 4DX compliance • Participate in daily site Landmark Line-ups • Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls (when applicable) • Assist Regional Directors in providing overall management, marketing, and maintenance support to our student housing communities throughout the country. • Serve as a troubleshooter and/or fill in for a Community Manager vacancy at a property or as interim management and/or transition specialist for a new ownership acquisition or new 3rd party property management to the Landmark portfolio.
