• Support the Central Operations team with daily operational tasks • Act as the first point of contact for our restaurant partners and customers, assisting them in resolving any type of issue • Build strong relationships with our customers and restaurant partners • Support the efficient management of inbound communication channels • Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our operational processes • Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance Central Operations processes • Work in shifts, primarily evenings and weekends
