Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the Contra Costa county area who is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position. Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 BCBAs AT KYO: - Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. - Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification. - Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites. - Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs - Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.

Role Description As a Credentialing Specialist, you will: - Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application intake, submission, tracking, and payer follow-up. - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements while maintaining accurate provider records in CAQH, NPPES, and internal systems. - Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, monitor credential status, and support efficient provider onboarding and operations.
