• Create high-quality content including blog posts, white papers, and case studies. • Translate product updates and customer stories into compelling marketing assets. • Develop sales enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards). • Own and grow KUDO’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn). • Plan and execute email campaigns and newsletters. • Own the execution of trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events. • Support KUDO’s public relations efforts by drafting and distributing press releases. • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute brand and demand generation strategies.
• Cultivate client's relationships with key decision-makers • Identify and address client needs • Own the renewal and upsell process • Develop and execute account growth strategies • Lead the onboarding process for new clients • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics • Present monthly strategic reports to clients • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues
