Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Project Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business in the Netherlands. In this role, you will focus on developing relationships with installers and EPC companies, identifying project opportunities, and converting them into successful sales. Role Description - Independently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products through multiple channels, including direct outreach and collaboration with industry distributors. - Drive regional business growth in central Italy/south Italy, with willingness to travel across Italy. - Manage key accounts, respond to client needs, and deliver tailored energy solutions in coordination with technical teams. - Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategy and improve customer satisfaction. - Other work assigned by the leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred. - At least 3 years of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions. - Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian. - Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics.
