• Engage and convert warm inbound leads through digital channels — email, chat, social, and webinars • Interrogate the data to work out where the blockers are • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations that feel like genuine conversations, not sales presentations • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to paid conversion, with a target ramp to full quota within 90 days • Grow revenue from existing customers through upsell and cross-sell across Kinatico Compliance and Kinatico CVCheck • Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline hygiene in your CRM so you always know what is moving and what needs attention • Qualify out quickly and decisively to stay focused on accounts with genuine fit and intent • Use AI tools to surface insights from customer interactions and continuously sharpen your approach • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless handover and a customer journey that generates positive NPS • Partner with Marketing & Product to share what you are seeing in market — what customers are buying, why, and what is resonating • Feed customer requirements, objections, and emerging needs into the Product roadmap
