Role Description YAGEO Group is seeking a Global Operations & Excellence Expert in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida location. This role is responsible for the standardization and harmonization of business processes and related process documentation in collaboration with the project team, the implementation partner and the business process leads of the individual teams. - Responsible for the standardization and harmonization of business processes and related process documentation. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes. - Manage and resolve escalated data related issues from internal teams and YAGEO functions. - Ensure the accuracy and performance of regional ERP reporting systems (e.g., reporting in Power BI). - Global sales reporting via dashboards and presentations for regular meetings, reports, and information systems. - Responsible for carrying out system tests based on the developed processes. - Support in the training of local super users. - Serve as the main contact person for local super users and for the implementation of roll-outs. - CRM Champion for PBU PM functions. - Interface to Management and global YAGEO functions. - Diverse tasks and projects relating to data and commercial excellence in support of the Global Head of Product Management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering Management or related field of study. - Five (5) years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Analyst, Business Development Manager, Planning Engineer or related role. - Five (5) years of data analysis and component industry experience. - Education, training or experience in commercial studies, data science, information technology. - Experience with SAP R3/S4 HANA and BW Reporting. - Familiarity with CRM systems and dashboard programs such as PowerBI, SAP Reports. - Experience in preparation of PBU Monthly Report on Global Sales result – PowerPoint Slide presentation. - Coordination and alignment of team tasks: Customer facing roles vs. internal support and communication. - Lean Six Sigma Certification. Role Description KEMET Electronics / YAGEO Group is seeking a Distribution Development Representative in the Boston, MA area to support the New England market. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the high-tech sales environment. It is ideal for individuals looking to advance into broader sales responsibilities. You will experience a fast-paced environment and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies—many of which the general public never sees. Our customers design a wide range of electronic products, including robotics, missiles, medical devices, drones, and AI systems. This position focuses on managing the overall strategy and business performance with our distribution partners. You will begin with a small account base to cultivate and grow. In addition to account management, you will learn YAGEO Group’s product portfolio and applications to support customer design efforts. You will gain insight into customer design cycles, supply chain processes, and sales strategies while working closely with internal teams such as Field Application Engineers, Product Managers, Customer Service, and Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities - Meet or exceed revenue, design activity, and other performance goals. - Collaborate with the sales team to establish a Distribution Territory Strategy. - Maintain accountability with internal teams, customers, and distributors regarding commitments and objectives. - Conduct quarterly business reviews with distribution branches. - Build and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and customers. - Provide quarterly territory market updates to distribution account managers. - Identify and develop new customer engagements.
