Role Description KCV Executives is looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused Website Content Administrator to join a full-time remote placement. This is a South African remote role suited to someone who enjoys structured digital administration work and has entry-level experience using WordPress. This role is focused on updating WordPress pages, loading content, working from templates, following task briefs and supporting a digital team with accurate website administration. It is not a web design role, senior development role or highly technical WordPress role. The right person will be practical, calm, consistent and process-driven. You must be comfortable completing repetitive website tasks, following instructions closely and taking pride in accurate, well-organised work. What You Will Be Doing - Updating WordPress pages from clear instructions. - Adding content, images, logos, colours and text into existing website templates. - Cloning pages and updating them with new information. - Working from pre-built layouts and template structures. - Loading and formatting website content accurately. - Checking that content has been added correctly. - Keeping pages consistent, accurate and up to date. - Following internal website processes and build methods. - Working from task briefs in monday.com or similar systems. - Supporting template-based website projects. - Assisting with simple email campaign builds where needed. - Communicating clearly when tasks are complete or when details are missing. - Learning systems and processes over time. - Taking on more responsibility as your confidence and ability grow. Qualifications - Confident using WordPress at an entry level. - Comfortable updating pages and adding content. - Strong in administration and organisation. - Detail-focused and accurate. - Reliable, calm and consistent. - Comfortable following instructions closely. - Happy to complete repetitive website administration tasks. - Able to work from existing templates. - Trainable and eager to learn. - Able to work independently once trained. - Willing to ask questions when something is unclear. - Comfortable working as part of a remote team. Requirements - Based in South Africa with full right to work. - Proven experience working successfully from home, maintaining productivity and strong communication in a remote setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks. - A high-driven passion to work and succeed. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines. - A reliable power supply during load shedding, ensuring uninterrupted work. - A computer or laptop that meets the minimum requirements: - CPU: Intel i3 - RAM: 8GB - HDD: SSD 250GB - Entry-level WordPress experience. - Ability to update pages and add content in WordPress. - Strong admin experience. - Experience working with online platforms or digital systems. - Good written communication skills. - Ability to follow structured processes. - Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup. - Ability to manage tasks through systems such as monday.com or similar platforms. - Willingness to learn internal website processes. Advantageous Experience - Experience in any of the following would be beneficial, but is not essential: - WordPress content updates. - Website content loading. - CMS updates. - Blog or service page formatting. - GoHighLevel. - Basic email marketing. - Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms. - CRM systems. - Working from content briefs. - Using AI-generated briefs or task instructions. - monday.com.
