Qualifications - Strong proficiency in SQL, with a preference for Databricks experience. - dbt familiarity. - Demonstrated expertise in BI visualization tools. - Proficiency in Python, with a preference for PySpark experience. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders. - A strategic thinker with a product mindset, capable of understanding and aligning data insights with broader business objectives, while proactively addressing the details. - Humility and openness, with the ability to seek out, learn from, and adapt to diverse perspectives, achieving the best outcomes. Requirements - Remote - USA Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD. Benefits - Flexible PTO, with a minimum requirement to take one day off a quarter, ten days a year, promoting mental well-being. - Observance of 11 Federal Holidays, plus an additional day each for Black Friday and Christmas Eve (US employees only). - Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. - 401k with employer match (US employees only). - Coworking space and WFH setup reimbursement. - Company Offsites two times per year for planning, team-building, and networking.
