Role Description We're hiring Part-Time Sales Consultants to turn their professional network into a second income stream. It's a flexible, revenue-share role designed for people who already have the right contacts. - Source leads from your network. - Make warm introductions between qualified prospects and our Growth team. - Stay informed on AiA's product and value proposition (we'll provide collateral and training). - Track referrals and stay in the loop as deals move through the funnel. Qualifications - Fractional CFOs already embedded inside multiple SMBs. - Agency owners and Fractional CMOs who advise founders. - Business consultants working with SMB clients. - Students or freelancers with a strong professional network. - Professionals between jobs looking to monetize their contacts. - Anyone whose friends, family, or relatives run a business with an accounting team that could use automation. - An active professional network of SMB founders, finance leaders, or CAs. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven, comfortable with a commission-only structure. - Familiarity with the Indian SMB, accounting, or finance landscape is a plus. Requirements - 50% of the revenue from every deal you close, paid out across the first year of the customer's contract. - Average deal size is ₹1,00,000, which is ₹50,000 per closed lead. - 5 closed deals in a year: ₹2.5L. - 10 closed deals in a year: ₹5L. - Fully flexible.
