Role Description We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Itinerary Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring that their trip is tailored to their interests, preferences, and budget. You will work closely with our team of travel experts, as well as directly with clients, to plan and organize all aspects of their trip, from flights and accommodations to activities and dining. - Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget - Conduct thorough research to recommend destinations, activities, and accommodations that align with clients' needs and wishes - Plan and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients - Collaborate with local partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of itineraries - Customize itineraries to meet clients' specific requests and preferences - Communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns they may have throughout the planning process - Stay up-to-date on travel trends, events, and news to provide clients with the most current and relevant information - Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and updates for each itinerary - Follow up with clients after their trip to gather feedback and build relationships Qualifications - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of popular travel destinations, activities, and accommodations - Familiarity with computers and online reservation systems - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service Benefits - Competitive pay and benefits package - Flexible work schedule and remote work - Opportunities for career growth and development - Discounted travel perks and experiences - Fun and collaborative work environment
