Role Description We are seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join a remote team supporting a leading online marketplace in the Netherlands. This role is based in Portugal, offering flexible remote work and opportunities in a fast-growing e-commerce environment. - Provide customer support via phone and email - Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns - Troubleshoot issues related to online purchases - Act as a point of contact for external sellers - Provide information about digital products - Escalate and reroute complex issues to relevant departments - Maintain a friendly and professional customer experience Qualifications - Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Comfortable handling multiple tasks and responsibilities - Team player with a proactive attitude Requirements - For Belgian: Secondary education completed or 12 years of schooling - For Dutch: Diploma equivalent to high school - Valid EU Passport - Clean Criminal Record Benefits - Salary of €1,434.82 gross/month (without accommodation) - Salary of €1,313.32 gross/month (with accommodation option) - Remote work within Portugal - Full-time contract (40 hours per week) - Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00 - International and multicultural work environment - Career development opportunities - Full training provided - Flight tickets refunded up to €350 after passing training and signing the contract - Airport pick-up and support with documents - Option for private room in a shared apartment
