• Engage directly with enterprise healthcare clients to understand operational challenges, workflows, and desired outcomes; • Translate client needs into structured product requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery roadmaps; • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment with platform capabilities; • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and execution accuracy; • Own end-to-end release quality across product features and client deployments; • Implement AI-assisted automated testing workflows, leveraging AI tools to generate and maintain automated test cases and validation pipelines; • Define testing standards, release readiness processes, and quality KPIs suitable for a fast-scaling AI platform; • Validate orchestration workflows, integrations, APIs, and agent-driven processes across environments; • Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation; • Identify delivery risks early and coordinate mitigation across product and engineering teams; • Continuously improve delivery and QA processes to support rapid iteration without compromising reliability.

• Build and scale platform components to handle our partner’s rapid growth • Design and architect platform components that are composable and deliver value for a variety of use cases • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand their needs and build platform capabilities that accelerate their feature delivery • Make build vs buy decisions, evaluating and implementing 3rd party solutions when most impactful • Set technical direction and vision for various product and platform features • Partner with research to quickly prototype and launch new capabilities based on research breakthroughs
