• Support AM or Supervisor with daily deliverables, task management, budgets, and timelines/deadlines for media campaigns and ad-hoc client project by working closely with the design and marketing teams • Use project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved parties • Spearhead project plans, timelines and milestones for marketing initiatives • Coordinate with team to ensure seamless execution of projects • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays • Facilitate administrative duties such as: organize call agendas, email comms, project documentation, help with invoicing, coordinate internal/external meetings, be the primary note taker during these meetings and send thorough follow-ups/recaps in a timely manner based off the client’s expectations. • Help review deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy before delivering to the client for approval • Help revamp/refine internal processes and ensure accounts are set up structurally in order to improve agency efficiency • Assist in budget management by ensuring campaigns are pacing to hit monthly and yearly spend goals • Shadow lead AM or Media Supervisor and help with high level strategy in order to meet client goals and KPIs when necessary • Have a strong understanding of the client’s industry, products, business culture, and competition and help serve as the go-to knowledge source for the wider team along with the support of the AM or Supervisor

• Work with paid media managers and email marketers across multiple accounts to create a content strategy that is tailored to each client. • Be a bridge between channels, ensuring that the approach to content is similar across all marketing platforms. • Drive and manage overall content strategy to meet all client goals through campaign optimization. • Create monthly, quarterly and annual creative/content reports with recommendations based on historical data. • Research and stay up-to-date with content trends across popular social media platforms. • Analyze ad performance using platform UIs such as Meta, Klaviyo, Motion, GA4, etc and give data led recommendations internally and externally. • Discover new ways to accomplish client goals. • Prioritize and manage client quarterly and ad-hoc requests to ensure on-time completion. • Proactively grow and nurture client goals to scale, while also testing emerging platforms and strategic tactics.
• Serve as head of communications and main point of contact for all assigned accounts; own all comms between agency and client • Effectively communicate, prioritize and strategize between all parties (jetfuel.agency departmental teams [Ops, Design, and Marketing teams] and clients) as established leader of assigned jetfuel.agency clients • Have a strong understanding of the brand's industry, culture, voice, and competition • Establish project plans and timely execution for all deliverables, including campaigns, branding, and more • Serve as source of truth for requirements, assets, and details for all projects • Review and provide all feedback on all deliverables, serving as the client voice and keeping in mind strategy/client goals • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal agency team members and partners • Continually look for areas to grow and innovate on accounts by working with internal teams to provide strategic solutions and recommendations • Act as a mentor and help manage the team by leading by example and fostering the talents of those working with them • Problem-solve and innovate for issues and challenges not yet explored, attempted or accomplished • Share learnings, best practices and innovative wins across the organization • Pioneer team efficiency and effectiveness, such as new processes or revamping current ones, tech and software • Ensure KPIs are being met by having a strong pulse on performance and pacing; use performance insights to develop strategies that help meet KPIs by closely collaborating with the team • Consult, educate and negotiate with clients and agency partners • Present recommendations/ideas to client and internal team • Educate client team on the latest trends, best practices, technological advancements
• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). • Forecast outcomes and set KPIs for each campaign. • Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end. • Optimize bids, audiences, creative, and placements to achieve ROAS/CPA goals. • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ads and landing pages. • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to shape ad creative that aligns with performance goals. • Analyze campaign data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools. • Compile weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. • Serve as a primary contact for all paid media matters. • Lead regular performance calls, present reports, and explain complex data in a client-friendly way. • Proactively identify new paid channels, campaign types, and testing opportunities.
• Produce high-performing static, video, and motion-based ad creatives for paid social (primarily Meta) that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives • Design creative variants intentionally (hooks, formats, pacing, layouts) based on performance feedback and testing direction • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts while identifying gaps, risks, or opportunities within those briefs • Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance signals, client feedback, and media team insights • Maintain creative consistency while adapting messaging and visuals across formats, placements, and funnels • Partner closely with paid media managers to align creative direction with campaign goals, testing plans, and performance learnings • Participate in creative reviews and performance discussions, contributing visual and conceptual insights, not just deliverables • Collaborate with marketers to evolve creative approaches based on what is working across accounts, formats, and audiences • Join client calls when needed to explain creative decisions, testing rationale, and iteration plan • Track assigned brand tasks and creative output within ClickUp or similar tools • Manage multiple creative streams simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency • Handle last-minute revisions when required without compromising core creative quality • Maintain organized creative files and documentation for internal and client use.
