Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner at Jayla Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering virtual healthcare services to women experiencing the various stages of menopause. Your expertise will contribute to providing evidence-based care, personalized treatment plans, and support that will positively impact our patients' overall well-being. Key Responsibilities - Provide education and guidance to patients regarding menopause, its effects, and potential treatment options. - Evaluate a patient's medical history and symptoms to help create personalized treatment plans that include prescriptions, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. - Conduct synchronous consultations with patients to discuss menopause concerns and order prescription medications as needed. - Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of physicians and dietitians to offer holistic care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and documentation. - Stay informed about the latest research, developments, and best practices in menopause management. Qualifications - Valid California Nurse Practitioner license is required. Other state licenses are a plus. - Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Family Nurse Practitioner, or relevant specialization is preferred. - Experience in women's health, gynecology, or endocrinology. - Certified Menopause Practitioner from the menopause society is preferred. - Proficiency in conducting virtual healthcare visits and using telemedicine platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong patient-provider relationships. - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
