Role Description An active Psychologist license in good standing in Massachusetts is required. PSYPACT participation does not meet licensure requirements for this position. Full‑time, W‑2, fully remote Licensed Psychologist role focused exclusively on psychological assessment (no ongoing psychotherapy). - Typical weekly structure: - 15-16 completed diagnostic cases per week, on average (interpretation, feedback sessions) - ~5 hours for meetings, coordination, administrative tasks, and breaks - Testing administration and in‑office logistics handled by dedicated psychometrists - Clinical time focused on intake review, testing interpretation, diagnostic formulation, and feedback sessions - Case volume may vary based on clinical complexity, with productivity evaluated over time - Role includes interpretation, report writing, and feedback sessions Qualifications - Active Psychologist license in good standing in Massachusetts Requirements - Full‑time availability - W‑2 employment status Benefits - 40 hours of paid vacation time - 40 hours of paid sick time - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Professional Liability coverage - Continuing education reimbursement to support licensure maintenance and professional development - Fully remote work environment

• Develop new M3 programs with MAK • Design and develop M3 mashups • Work with H5 scripting for complex personalization • Use existing APIs/BODs and build new ones as needed • Utilize RESTful APIs, Web Services and JSON in development • Recognize changes in database or code • Work with XML tools (XSD, XSLT, XPath) • Configure and develop options in M3 views • Work on M3 home pages and widgets • Understand Infor-M3 functional programs and backend database • Demonstrate SQL & Infor-M3 Relational Database Management skills
