Role Description We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The responsibilities include: - Event Coordination and Management: Coordinate and manage the setup, preparation, and execution of various internal and external events in different countries. - Branded Merchandise Development: Develop ideas for branded merchandise initiatives tailored to the company's brand identity, collaborate closely with vendors, and manage the production and delivery of merchandise worldwide. - Business Travel Coordination: Schedule flights, arrange ground transportation, book accommodations, and plan events at the destination, along with finance reporting of all activities. - Procurement: Search, select, and collaborate with vendors to successfully execute marketing activities. - Cost Management: Estimate the marketing budget for a year and monitor quarterly and monthly forecasts; plan, request, control, and report costs correctly and on time. - Project Management: Effectively manage projects' workload, prioritize tasks, and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams and with external partners and vendors. - Data Analytics and Insight Generation: Analyze data related to projects and conclude the data to improve current and future marketing events. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with various stakeholders, communicate project performance, present ideas, and gather feedback. DevOps Engineer
