Role Description IVIRMA is seeking a highly skilled, execution-focused Senior Global Content & Communications Specialist to help shape how our newly formed global organization communicates internally and externally. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at a pivotal moment in our evolution. Every communication produced in this role will either reach all employees across our global network or represent IVIRMA externally to the broader healthcare community. The successful candidate will be an exceptional writer with strong editorial judgment, a global mindset, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content. This role requires maturity, discretion, and a collaborative approach, as it works closely with regional communications teams across 15 countries to ensure alignment, consistency, and cultural nuance. This position is execution-driven and hands-on. It is ideal for a communications professional who values craft, influence, and impact over hierarchy or title progression.
