Role Description We do have a job opening for Database Administrator - Senior for our direct client Province of Ontario. The position details are given below: - Creates and implements physical database designs and operates and administers the database management system (DBMS) including: - Database optimization - Capacity planning - Installation and migration - Database design - Performance tuning - Backup and recovery - Maintain and monitor a number of Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, 19c databases in large multi-tenant environments including: - Database administration - Maintenance - Optimization - Migration - Fine tuning of databases - Design, build and configure Oracle Database Servers on: - Windows - Solaris - Linux - Lead and design solutions for enterprise Oracle migration project to migrate to 19c or higher. - Carry out complex/specialized systems analysis and design for success of Oracle migration.
