• Use tools such as Cortex, ChatGPT and/or other AI, professional networks and market data to map potential clients and generate consistent opportunities; • Identify business opportunities within existing accounts or new prospects, ensuring customer retention; • Plan and organize regular visits while maintaining a consultative relationship; • Conduct an in-depth diagnosis of customer needs (commercial intake); • Lead discovery meetings using technique and active listening; • Log opportunities in the system (CRM); • Balance manufacturer involvement while protecting negotiation margin; • Co-create strategic proposals in partnership with the pre-sales team; • Conduct proposal presentation meetings with a value-focused approach; • Monitor the customer purchasing and negotiation process; • Always update and manage the pipeline in the CRM; • Handover approved projects/proposals; • Monitor customer satisfaction and generate new opportunities in post-sales; • Comply with defined standards, policies and deadlines according to your roles and responsibilities.

• Implementation and ongoing support of network security environments. • Advanced administration of firewalls (Fortinet and Palo Alto). • Configuration and management of security policies (NAT, VPN, access rules). • Working with Fortinet solutions (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, among others). • Advanced troubleshooting of network and security incidents. • Traffic analysis and anomaly detection. • Conducting site surveys for new environments.

• Serve as the technical reference for the Elastic Stack, ensuring platform support and ongoing evolution. • Implement and configure Elastic APM, and manage log and metrics ingestion (Beats, Logstash, pipelines). • Design index modeling, ILM, and data retention policies to ensure performance and governance. • Create technical and executive dashboards in Kibana, translating data into strategic insights. • Perform advanced troubleshooting of application performance, infrastructure, and Elastic clusters. • Support integrations with Kubernetes, virtualized environments, and cloud platforms. • Provide technical support in environments using Dynatrace.
