Role Description We are looking for a Procurement Consulting SME with deep expertise in sourcing operations to lead process mapping and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will assess current (“As-Is”) sourcing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized (“To-Be”) workflows aligned with best practices and business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end analysis of current sourcing and procurement processes (As-Is state) - Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews across procurement, finance, and business teams - Develop detailed process maps, swimlane diagrams, and documentation - Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency - Design future-state (To-Be) sourcing processes aligned to best practices - Define process improvements across areas such as: - Strategic sourcing - Supplier onboarding & management - RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) lifecycle - Contracting & negotiations - Spend analytics - Support implementation roadmap and change management initiatives - Collaborate with technology teams for procurement system enablement (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP) - Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and governance frameworks Qualifications - 8–15 years of experience in procurement consulting or sourcing operations - Strong expertise in sourcing lifecycle and category management - Proven experience in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, etc.) - Hands-on experience creating As-Is and To-Be process frameworks - Experience working in consulting or transformation programs - Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills - Solid understanding of procurement KPIs, cost optimization, and supplier strategies Preferred Qualifications - Experience with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.) - Background in shared services or global procurement transformation - Six Sigma / Lean / BPM certification (preferred) - Exposure to automation / digital procurement initiatives
Remote - Contract We are seeking a Time & Attendance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on experience in the WorkForce Software (WFS) / WorkForce Suite platform (https://workforcesoftware.com/) The SME will support configuration, implementation, and optimization of enterprise workforce management processes including time tracking, pay rules, scheduling, and compliance. The role requires deep experience specifically with WorkForce Software, not ADP Workforce Now. WorkForce Software is a cloud-based workforce management platform used to manage time, attendance, scheduling, absence, and labor compliance at scale, particularly for complex and regulated environments. Key Responsibilities - Serve as SME for WorkForce Software Time & Attendance module - Configure pay rules, overtime rules, shifts, and schedules - Design time capture, punches, and approvals workflows - Implement attendance, absence, and leave policies - Support union rules and complex labor compliance configuration - Configure holiday calendars and accruals - Troubleshoot timecard and payroll integration issues - Work with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders - Support UAT, testing, and deployments - Build reports and analytics for time data - Assist with integration to payroll / HCM systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) - Support production issues and enhancements Required Experience - 3+ years Time & Attendance experience - 1+ years WorkForce Software (WFS) experience - Hands-on configuration of: - Pay rules - Attendance rules - Schedules - Shift patterns - Overtime logic - Time clocks / punch capture - Experience with WFS WorkForce Suite - Strong understanding of labor compliance & wage rules - Experience supporting large enterprise workforce This is a remote position.
We’re seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in IT and Professional Services procurement and category management to lead fast-cycle sourcing events, negotiate commercial/contract terms, and optimize total cost of ownership across professional services, software, cloud, hardware, and IT services. This is a remote contract . Engagement Details Type: Contract Duration: 3 -6 months (possible extension) Location: Remote (U.S. EST hours) What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Category Strategy: Own assigned Professional services and IT spend categories (e.g., Consulting, SaaS, Cloud/Infrastructure, End-User Devices, Managed Services); assess market dynamics, benchmarks, and savings levers; build and execute sourcing strategies aligned to stakeholder goals. Sourcing Execution: Run end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles (requirements, scoring, supplier Q&A, demos, commercial analysis), and down-select vendors. Negotiations: Lead commercial and contractual negotiations (pricing, rate cards, milestones, SLAs, service credits, EULA terms, data privacy, security exhibits, and renewals). Contracting & Risk: Partner with Legal/InfoSec/Privacy to finalize MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, SLAs, and ensure compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable). Financial Outcomes: Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and improved TCO; validate and document benefits with Finance (should-cost models, benchmarking, and clean-sheeting where relevant). Supplier Management: Execute vendor due diligence, performance scorecards, QBRs, and corrective action plans; support rapid supplier onboarding. Renewals & Demand Management: Rationalize licenses, right-size entitlements, and avoid shelf-ware; optimize term lengths, uplift caps, and renewals calendars. Stakeholder Partnership: Translate business needs into sourcing plans; facilitate decision meetings; provide clear market intel and options trade-offs. Data & Tools: Maintain sourcing pipeline, dashboards, and contract repositories; ensure clean data for audit and reporting. Required Qualifications 3+ years of IT sourcing/ Professional services sourcing experience with demonstrated category management ownership. Proven success running competitive events and negotiating complex IT agreements (SaaS, cloud/IaaS, software licenses, managed services, hardware). Strong command of contract constructs (MSA/SOW, SLAs/service credits, termination, indemnities, liability caps, audit, data privacy/security, IP). Comfort with supplier risk and compliance reviews in partnership with Legal/InfoSec/Privacy. Data-driven: pricing analysis, TCO, scenario modeling, and savings/benefits tracking.
