Expected Start and Duration: The summer internship program will commence in May and last 12 weeks. Education Required: Currently pursuing Masters or PhD degrees in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology, Health services Research or related discipline. General Description: The HEOR summer intern will actively contribute to various HEOR projects supporting health economic modelling, HTA submissions, real-world evidence generation, literature searches and evidence synthesis. The intern will work with cross-functional teams and interact with key internal stakeholders as well as external vendors to improve the clinical value demonstrations and value propositions for lifileucel. Responsibilities: - Support for HEOR projects – health economic modelling (e.g. indirect treatment comparisons), assist with literature reviews and evidence synthesis; cost effectiveness and budget impact analyses. - Interpretation and communication of quantitative and qualitative findings to internal and external audiences. - Investigation of optimal HEOR methodologies for long-term economic evaluation of lifileucel. Overview The Regional Account Director is a key position in the National Cell Therapy Account Team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. Their primary responsibility is to develop and lead their region's Cell Therapy Account team. The individual must have extensive experience in oncology, both in hospital and community settings, as well as expertise in launching new products. Additionally, the RAD will work closely with the commercial leadership to ensure the successful product launch of Lifileucel by driving demand uptake and sustaining its growth. The individual should possess a high level of initiative and be willing to take a hands-on approach to ensure success. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Directs a high-performing regional Cell Therapy Account Managers (CTAMs) team. Strong surgical and/or cell therapy expertise and recent clinical experience is required as this individual will be responsible for engagement and education with external HCP stakeholders. This role requires the ability to partner effectively with surgeons and apply practical insights into tumor procurement and perioperative workflows. They will support advisory board meetings and congress scientific forum planning. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of medical strategies with overarching corporate objectives. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources (EVP HR), will be responsible for innovating, developing, directing and administering Iovance’s total rewards programs encompassing all compensation and benefits programs Ensures our rewards philosophy is competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with the company's business strategy, mission, and values, supporting talent attraction and retention globally. Overseeing HRIS and HR Operations administration, driving all HRIS initiatives and with deep collaboration with HR business partners the focus of this position is to optimize and execute the delivery of total rewards programs and services to the business.
