Medical Equipment Planner – Freestanding ER and Urgent Care

• The Medical Equipment Planner leads the budgeting, procurement, warehousing, delivery, and installation of medical and non-medical (FF&E) equipment for Intuitive Health's Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) projects • Serving as the designated point of contact required under Intuitive Health's Procurement Leadership Model • Manage the equipment lifecycle — Planning, Design, Construction Documents, Procurement, and Delivery & Installation — from project kickoff through Go-Live • Partner with the Hospital System Project Champion, architects, project teams, vendors, and Intuitive Health's third-party equipment partner to develop equipment budgets, specifications, and procurement plans • Ensure adherence to the standard FF&E/Medical Equipment budget and dual-partner approval process • Coordinate sequencing, warehousing, and installation so each facility is equipment-ready for patient care on Day One

• Implement established design concepts and standards • Lead and manage a talented team of stakeholders • Collaborate with Construction and Real Estate for design excellence • Manage projects from Schematic Design through project opening • Conduct reviews for code compliance and track project financials
• Support the implementation efforts related to new ER and urgent care facilities opening in partnership with leading healthcare systems • Provide detailed notes from observations and recommend solutions to problems • Help to drive performance improvement while working with facility staff and providers • Troubleshoot with and for onsite staff to remove operational obstacles • Provide coaching and encouragement to site level nursing staff using the Intuitive Operating Model Guide • Communicate performance of new site operations status to key stakeholders • Conduct post implementation analysis and create recommendations based on lessons learned • Lead the pre-opening training for staff, “Day in the Life” • Lead teams during operational efficiency “Deep Dive” projects onsite • Design, develop, and present engaging educational materials and presentations to support training and implementation initiatives
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the finance function supporting JV & MSA emergency and urgent care partnerships. • Oversee a team of finance professionals responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and partner financial management. • Serve as a key liaison between Intuitive Health operations leadership and hospital partner finance teams. • Lead, mentor, and develop Finance Manager(s) supporting JV and MSA operations. • Establish performance expectations, accountability measures, and professional development plans for finance team members. • Create scalable finance processes and organizational structure to support rapid company growth and new market expansion. • Analyze and communicate key business drivers, risks, and financial performance indicators. • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with hospital partners and Intuitive Health leadership. • Maintain strong working relationships with hospital partner finance and operational leadership teams. • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and reporting standards.

Director of Patient Access Optimization – Implementation

• Responsible for support, management, and execution of patient access operational processes and workflows related to new facility openings and ongoing operational improvement initiatives • Provides detailed notes from observations while working with new site openings • Troubleshoot with/for onsite staff to remove operational obstacles • Provide coaching and encouragement to site level nursing staff in the Intuitive Clinical Operational processes • Elevate operational issues identified to Center Leadership and VP of Implementations • Communication of new site operations status to key stakeholders, including Health System Leadership and Intuitive Health senior management • Provide clear direction, communication, and guidance to mitigate operational risks to all parties • Conduct post implementation analysis and create recommendations based on lessons learned • Drive improvements in the following metrics, against which this position will be evaluated: Registration accuracy, Registration timeframe, Write-offs, Co-pay collections, Co-insurance collections, Patient Net Promoter Score, Left Without Being Seen/Treated, Staff retention
