• Design, build, and maintain automation tools and services that support core SOC operations, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment. • Streamline workflows and improve security efficiency using modern technologies such as microservices, Kubernetes, Python, and message queues. • Collaborate closely with security analysts and engineers to solve complex automation and operational challenges. • Research emerging security and automation standards, identifying new technologies that strengthen our defenses and processes. • Contribute to system reliability, observability, and scalability through thoughtful automation and process design.
• Work with large-scale systems (handling millions of requests per second, serving millions of users, across multiple cloud providers). • Develop solutions to enhance performance, availability, security, and cost-effectiveness. • Keep us up, keep us fast, and keep our dev teams productive ensuring that every peer release improves performance across the spectrum including quality, security, uptime, speed-to-deliver, threat detection, and customer engagement. • Source improvement ideas, priority and capabilities from customers, the internal community, new and existing system metrics. • Monitor, identify and analyze events from a range of sources to spot threats and respond to such incidents with a sense of urgency. • Collaborate with globally distributed teams to accomplish tasks. • Assist in the collection of metrics to measure the efficiency of Security Operations functions. • Audit the effectiveness of security measures to check if the systems meet the Security compliance norms. • Assist in implementation of security policies and procedures. • Fine-tune of the process and eventually update standard operating procedures for the team. • Participate in various stages of incident investigations and threat hunting engagements. • Work closely with internal company teams such as Product, Customer Success, etc.
• Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection, ensuring high customer satisfaction. • Translate customer requests and requirements into actionable development outcomes. • Stay up to date on evolving competitive products and market opportunities. • Own and drive continuous service improvement plans and quality delivery across the tech stack. • Partner with the product team to refine go-to-market strategies, deliver solution architectures, and enhance client acquisition efforts. • Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, and customers, translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

• Manage, grow, and support a team of product experienced engineers responsible for applications, tools, and infrastructure that drive our security products. • Work closely with engineers, scientists, stakeholders, and other domain experts to come up with and execute on unique solutions that contribute to the detection and mitigation of fraud and automation. • Mentor and guide engineers to grow in skill and knowledge, allowing them to make the best decisions given the right tools and context. • Participate in code and architecture design, contribute to feature development, and maintain high-quality standards via peer reviews and mentorship.
• Prioritize, design, develop, deploy, and operate secure, robust, scalable, and fast front-end web, mobile, and customer-facing solutions. • Write clearly structured, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code that aligns with our requirements and goals. The code should be of high enough quality to be open-sourced. • Improve our global codebase through brainstorming sessions, code reviews, unit testing, automation, and participating in an on-call rotation. • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines while providing support and mentorship to peers.

• Recruit, motivate, lead, and manage highly technical teams focused on delivering online security and machine learning products at scale. • Act as a liaison between product, engineering, customers, and sales to articulate and translate both complex business requirements and technology solutions into useful products. • Maintain a high level of assurance and software quality standards while maintaining development velocity: availability is core to nearly every requirement. • Define, drive and govern automation and instrumentation to ensure we maintain high observability and automate break-fix as much as possible. • In partnership with sales and product teams, model go-to-market strategies for new offerings, oversee architecture, boost client acquisition capabilities, and improve delivery. • Put in place effective hiring and onboarding strategies.
