Intension Design

• Daily, onsite review of all trades with specific oversight on: Quality Control, Proper execution of plans, Daily and weekly schedules, Ethics, Safety control of job site and subcontractors • Schedule and manage City Inspections as needed • Communicate and relay issues/questions from the site to the Project Manager • Manage and coordinate the execution of work by subcontractors to eliminate un-approved changes • Ensure the project is maintaining its daily and weekly scheduling goals and to recognize and report issues with staffing, sub-contractors, and vendors to the Project Manager
