Role Description - Create and manage content for our social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our training programs. - Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Collaborate with our training and marketing teams to develop campaigns that highlight success stories and promote new courses. - Analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to keep our presence fresh and engaging. Qualifications - Experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools to track and improve engagement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content. - Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging social media campaigns. - Familiarity with the professional training and coaching industry or a strong willingness to learn about it.
