Role Description IME is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing Program Development team. Reporting to the Director of PMO, the Project Manager will oversee key initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest level of quality. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, driving accountability, and ensuring transparency of project status across the organization. - Plan, execute, and close projects in alignment with PMO standards, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track progress against key milestones. - Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and resolve roadblocks quickly. - Partner cross-functionally with business, technical, and operational teams to align priorities and drive execution. - Ensure leadership visibility into project status, updates, and outcomes. - Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and best practices. - Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining focus on results and quality. - Perform other duties as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of dual experience in project management and business analysis. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clearly to leadership. - Proven ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable and drive project execution. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Role Description The Marketing Manager plays a highly visible and impactful role within IME, owning the execution and optimization of digital marketing programs, creative production, website and email management, and performance analytics. This role blends hands-on creative execution with strategic program oversight and people leadership. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with internal teams and senior leadership and has the opportunity to influence business outcomes quickly. This role is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility, remote environment and can balance creativity with operational rigor. - Lead and manage a small creative team, including a Graphic Designer and Visual Content Creator - Own graphic design and production for marketing emails, websites, and program materials - Create, update, and maintain internal and external marketing materials upon request - Develop mockups, signage, brochures, flyers, and in-store materials to support retailer programs - Prepare digital and print-ready files to ensure consistent, high-quality execution - Source, license, and manage stock photography; maintain an organized photo library - Manage internal business card requests and fulfillment - Revise and refine creative assets through a collaborative feedback process - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing marketing programs, including: - Updating retailer websites and pages using Umbraco CMS - Maintaining and updating program emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) - Support the setup and launch of new programs, including: - Building new retailer websites and landing pages in Umbraco - Developing program email matrices, email keys, and campaign content - Assist with additional marketing initiatives, such as: - Updating menu links in MIC - Sending affiliate notifications and promotional communications - Executing customer-facing marketing and promotional email campaigns - Pull, analyze, and report website and campaign performance using Google Analytics - Create and maintain organized libraries of program assets, screenshots, and documentation - Consult with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to align marketing execution with business objectives - Maintain professionalism and composure while managing feedback and competing priorities - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a deadline-driven environment - Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracy - Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital performance optimization - Copywriting or content development experience - Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback with resilience and professionalism - Demonstrated ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations - Strong business judgment and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience preparing clear, concise, executive-ready reports and presentations - Strong organizational and time management skills with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment Requirements - Experience producing materials aligned with established brand standards - Experience in the Home Improvement Industry - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email design - Experience working with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred) - Experience with After Effects or motion graphics - UX/UI design experience Benefits - 100% remote work environment - Employer provided equipment - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Health savings plan includes employer contribution to health savings account - Medical and dental flexible spending accounts - Company paid basic life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance - 401K plan with employer match - Company matches 100% of the first 4% of salary deferrals - All contributions, including employer contributions, are 100% vested immediately - Employee discount program for Electronics, Groceries, Travel, Entertainment, and more - Employee assistance program - Pay on demand - Critical illness, hospital indemnity, group accident, and legal insurance - Paid time off - And more!
